Short Term Personal Care Plans

Services bundled at discounted hourly rates.
Hours can be extended at standard hourly rates.

Hospital or Medical Facility Transportation - $99

Up to 3 hours assistance. Includes all mileage up to 50 miles.

• Transportation home from the hospital or facility
• Drive to pick up medication, groceries, etc. on the way home
• Escort into the home and help the client get settled
• Provide comforts (meal, beverage, medication reminder, arrange bed, etc.) prior to leaving

Medical Procedure Attendant - $199

Up to 8 hours assistance. Includes all mileage up to 50 miles.

• Transportation to and from the out-patient procedure
• Drive to pick up medication, groceries, and other errands
• Provide supervision and assistance for 4 hours post-procedure

Hospital Attendant, Hospital Sitting - $230

Up to 16 hours. Can be extended at $20/hour.

• Care attendant for companionship and safety in the hospital
• Communication with family members who are not able to be present

Total Hospital & Home Assistance - $1,200

Up to 6 days assistance - 3 days in the hospital and 3 24-hour days of
recovery at home.

• Transportation to and from the procedure
• Care attendant 8 hours daily for companionship and safety
• 24-hour care when returning home from the hospital
• All errands such as groceries, medication pick-up, appointments
• Medication reminders, light housekeeping, meal preparation
• Personal care and help with other activities of daily living
