Position: Physical Therapists (Peninsula, South Bay, Alameda, Contra Costa, Solano & Yolo Counties)

Position Summary:
Reporting to the Clinical Team Manager, the Physical Therapist plans and implements specific treatment programs for individual patients in the home setting according to the principles and practices of physical therapy in collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team. $2000 sign-on bonus (full-time only)!

Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree from an accredited program in Physical Therapy. California State Licensure as a Physical Therapist. Minimum one (1) year previous exp. required, recent home care exp. strongly preferred. CPR certified. Current California Drivers License. Must read, write and speak fluent English.
