Position: Live-In and Hourly Caregivers (E. Bay, Peninsula, Daly City, SF, Vacaville)

Position Summary:
By following the Care Plan and/or Assignment form, which has been completed by the Supervisor, the Caregiver provides the following: Maintain documentation of client behavioral changes, eating and sleeping patterns and other incidents by completing the Caregiver Notes Assistance with meal preparation, light housekeeping, med reminders, companionship and transferring.

Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent One year prior experience preferred, not required Ability to participate in skills development educational programs and training, as appropriate Ability to maintain a positive and professional image at all times. Ability to demonstrate sensitivity to client and family rights especially the confidentiality of client information, culture and language. Ability to maintain punctuality and good attendance record. Should possess skills that include excellent communication, listening and positive attitude. Current CA Drivers License and reliable transportation preferred (not required for all clients). Must read, write and speak fluent English; bilingual/multilingual candidates welcome!
