Position: Clinical Branch Manager (San Jose & Daly City)

Position Summary:
The RN Clinical Manager will be responsible for planning and supervising the clinical activities of a multidisciplinary team providing care in the home setting.

Qualifications:
Current California RN license; BSN/PHN preferred; Current CPR; Two years recent community health services nursing experience required; One year recent experience in a supervisory or administrative capacity preferred; Knowledge of Medicare, MediCal, Title 22, accreditation agency standards, and managed care/private insurance plans strongly preferred; Ability to learn agency software applications; Ability to handle stressful situations; Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills; Demonstrates the ability to support the philosophy, values and goals of the home health agency; Ability to forecasts needs and set priorities; Must read, write and speak fluent English
