About Us
At Professional HealthCare At Home, our goal is to facilitate your speedy recovery from illness, injury, or surgery in the privacy and comfort of your own home. Our committed staff provides you with comprehensive, skilled health care services in collaboration with your physician, family, and other caregivers. Each year we help thousands of patients return to normal, independent, and fulfilling lives. Intermittent skilled nursing and physical, occupational, and speech therapies are just some of the services that are provided to assist in your recovery. These are generally Medicare-covered services.
If there is a need for extended skilled nursing services, we can also place nurses in the home for 8-hour shifts up through 24-hour coverage. Nurses can perform a variety of medical functions, including medication administration, g-tube management, ventilator care, and full assessment of physiological status. These services are sometimes covered by private insurance or can be paid for out-of-pocket.
Through our private duty non-medical services, our trained caregivers assist clients in their homes with personal care, housekeeping, meal preparation, companionship, and escort services, among other things. For each client, we create a customized care plan to fit his or her specific needs. With the assistance of our trained caregivers, seniors and physically or developmentally disabled people living at home can maintain superior levels of independence, health, and psychological wellness.
